  • Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar leadership role within the home improvement industry.
  • Strong track record of sales success, particularly in roofing, siding, windows, and gutters.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
  • High proficiency in CRM systems, digital estimating software, and MS Office/Google Platform.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing market conditions.
  • Knowledge of job profitability and variance reports to guide sales decisions.
